Our Story
Nepal Table Soccer Association
The Nepal Table Soccer Association (NTSA) is the national governing body dedicated to the promotion, organization, and development of table soccer (widely known as foosball) across the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
As an official Associate Member of the International Table Soccer Federation (ITSF), we represent Nepal within the Asia-Oceania region, connecting our local athletes to a global community of over 60 member nations.
Our Purpose
Table Soccer as an Inclusive Sport
Our core mission is to harness the power of table soccer to engage, educate, and empower. We believe that foosball is more than just a game - it is an inclusive sport that transcends physical and social barriers.
Grassroots Development
Partnering with leading educational institutions like The Excelsior School and Premier International IB World School to introduce the sport to students and teachers.
Youth Empowerment
Building life skills like hand-eye coordination, social interaction, and team leadership through competitive play.
National Excellence
Identifying and training local talent to represent Nepal in international forums and collaborating with global ambassadors to elevate the sport's standard.
Activities
What We Do
The NTSA acts as the central link between players, clubs, and international sports organizations. Our primary activities include:
Sanctioning Tournaments
Organizing and overseeing major events such as the Nepal Open International Table Soccer Tournament.
Standardizing Play
Implementing official ITSF rules and providing orientation sessions to ensure players and schools compete at international standards.
Infrastructure & Equipment
Collaborating with local retailers to ensure the availability of high-quality, competition-ready tables for schools, clubs, and commercial venues.
Community Building
Supporting the growth of foosball in local venues - from schools to popular Kathmandu hubs like H2O Club - to create a vibrant, social sports culture.

Our vision is to transform table soccer in Nepal from a recreational pastime into a professionally recognized sport that provides a pathway for Nepali athletes to reach the ITSF World Tour and international championships.
We strive to make table soccer a staple in every school sports curriculum, fostering a new generation of “foosers” who play with integrity, skill, and national pride.
